RLM Studio is a spacious 1200 sq. ft. venue with 13 foot ceilings, a state-of-the-art kitchen, and ample space to gather and celebrate together! Our studio is the perfect space to come together to design and create visual content, host your next gathering, or host your business meeting!
We are conveniently located just off 90/94 in the Irving Park neighborhood, just a five minute walk from the Irving Park blue line and the Irving Park Metra Station.

Your safety is our highest priority! RLM Studio is in full adherence to guidelines from the CDC. The space is cleaned and disinfected after every rental. Hand sanitizer and masks will be available for guests to use.

While we do not have our own lot, there is ample (free!) street parking along Pulaski Avenue, as well as the side streets.
Yes, we are BYOB! We recommend our clients work with a Garfield's or Binny's to make their alcohol purchase and coordinate with their catering partner to provide bartenders and mixers.
We are proud to say that our ground level venue is fully ADA accessible in all areas of the building.
No use of confetti is allowed within the building, as it easily stains floors. Sparklers are not allowed on sidewalks in Chicago.
During your event the RLM Studio team is dedicated to making sure the venue is in perfect condition and your vendors have access to what they need. We do offer coordination for corporate events as well as a day of coordinating service for an additional/separate service. While we do not require our clients work with a coordinator/planner we highly recommend a day of planner at minimum to ensure that your day goes as smoothly as possible for all large life celebrations.
We welcome your dog, on leash, for the ceremony (if you are hosting a micro-wedding) and any formal photos. We have to say goodbye to all pets as soon as food service begins.
No. The level of Deep Cleaning we provide adheres to CDC requirements to keep both you our next clients safe. This is a full-transparency fee, and 100% of this fee goes to our cleaners to provide this service.
No. But! If you want our recommendation for some of the absolute best in the business, we are happy to make those introductions!
Yes, we include cocktail tables, farm table, additional folding tables, lounge furniture, dining chairs, benches, and a flatscreen TV in our rates. You also have access to flatware and glassware on-site. Just ask for a list of our inventory.
We have a Sonos Speaker that you can link to your phone or tablet through Wifi. The sounds from this one speak is amble loud enough for the entirety of our venue.
We take it on a case-by-case basis but usually, we are booked with events back-to-back. Please plan to have everything dropped off and picked up on the same day.
Yes, Wifi is provided. Climate Control is provided. All lighting are on Dimmer Switches.
Your rental window begins at your contracted rental time. If you need additional time to set up or break down, you will be charged $100 per hour, always rounding up to the next full hour. Any agreements outside of this are exclusively approved by RLM Studio.
This is a case-by-case scenario, but the answer is usually No. We cannot book another party if you decide to not use some of the time allowed to our standard rental window. Please inquire for further discussion. Corporate meetings are allowed at a 2-hour minimum, at a rate of $95 per hour.
